Poker is a game of skill and chance until the point where there is money or a wager to be gained on the outcome, then it is gambling.

All games and activities can be classed as skill/chance or both, but once you put a wager on the outcome, then it is gambling.

anything u stake money on 2 win money is gambling imo.... but i can understand the other arguements as well...

My other half is currently going through the change....so I take a gamble every time I open the door and call "Honey, I'm home"
