Just call he could have anything at this level plus you have redraw. Also start hand with £4 in future and turn bet could be bigger.

ok so when he hits hard he raises, infact min raises like a genuis

anyway, he's flatted the flop against you, presuming he's not gonna be mixing up his play, its unlikely lets be honest, we can presume that your good on the flop.

he takes off on the turn, the 10 must have improved his hand KT? T9? maybe even T8? i think QJ is unlikely because of the push but its still a possibility?

so if you use that range, plus any others you wanna throw in there, do we have the price to call with our hand?

if we know he has aces, then you do some simple maths and work out if it is profitable to do so.

    i imagine it probably isnt.

I would have bet the pot with your redraws put the pressure on him, maybe your half pot bet gave your hand away as I have played with you and this seems smaller than your usual bet size??????

I dont understand why you would bet the turn if your not snap calling that bet tbh. I think the bet is good but only if your doing it to induce the push. KK QQQ 9diamonds JJJJ aswell as either 888 or 999 or 101010. This is the assumption hes got 2 pair which i think is the hand you should factor in, if hes got less GREAT if hes got more you still have your draws.

Thats 18/21 outs how can you fold?

    18 if the 2 pair includes a K

Typical player slow playing aces and then realising there hand will get beat if they dont shove! Hard read but good fold i wouldnt or been able to not call, but well done so many things he could of had and u knew u had to hit the river to win really NICE FOLD

i never said id folded and i actually made the call!!!!!

    his aces held up grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

thats why i wasnt sure if id made the right call???

id say 80% of the time there i would fold but fancied a gamble knowing i had quite a few outs..............
