Afternoon! Just a reminder that the brand spanking new series of Late Night Poker on Channel 4 starts TONIGHT at 12.15am Our very own Richard Orford is the Lead Commentator!:) Should be a great watch, innit Posted by GREGHOGG
In Response to Re: Late Night Poker, Orford is the main man! : No, i meant what i said... apparantly TV works on a 27 hour clock, so it would still technically be tonight i've out geeked you on this one:) Posted by GREGHOGG
Cheers all- yes, awaiting the first one tonight with baited breath. Big shoes to fill on that show, but I think I held my own (no, I'm not still talking about shoes!).
If you get a chance to watch please do let me know what you think...oh, and be kind! LOL
Seems to have been picked up automatically by series link (from The Poker Lounge!), so already set in the planner along with all the other weekly shows (WPT, Big Game).
Late Night Poker used to be good when Edna Adams was on it Posted by Chompy_imo
No Evil Edna, but there's plenty of the old faces on this series- e.g. Devilfish, Dave Colclough and all four members of the Hendon Mob as well as relative 'newbies' like James Akenhead and Roland De Wolf!
Good luck Rich, dont let devilfsh intimidate you when he gets knocked out by some one not respecting his play and overall greatness! if you have to interview him afterwards.Dave.
