Did I play this okay.. Right to fold the river?

Is this always a fold on the river?
Put him on the flush or maybe AJ.. But would he shove with these hands or value bet?
Could I have played it any better.. Maybe bet more on the turn?
Didn't notice the guy making any moves or doing much before this hand.
Opinions welcome. :)

hmmmmmmmm its a tough one! Lokks like he hit his flush so yeah more than likely was a good fold!
You should be betting pot size on the flop and potsize agin on the turn that way it will take the players looking for cards out of the hand

    +1 to bet sizing .....

Must be the most common problem with players at nl4, for some reason u guys are afraid to bang the "increase bet size" button.....

Also the problem seems to be worse on the turn, than on the flop, maybe coz the proper bet size is bigger and u get twitchy?

If you don't know how much to bet, you wont go far wrong just hitting the "bet pot" button....

Yeah I priced him in for his draw.. Needed to bet more especially on the turn.. I have no idea why I only bet 67p.

It's hard to know how much to bet sometimes.. you don't want them hitting there card but you also don't want to scare them away.

Thought I was definitly behind by the river though.. Often when they shove like that at this level they have a killer hand.

you don't have to bet pot pot pot. 3/4 or a little more is good imo.

    +1

I only go for pot if i was BB and got a check and flopped big. Bet 3/4 of the pot always on the flop apart from that, i will pot the turn if it gets too drawy tho.
