Ok heres the situation
A £10 rebuy tournament at my local Casino
Self dealers
3 people in the hand
The dealer deals the flop
4 3 5
1st position - bets 300
2nd position - calls
The dealer then deals the turn (missed 3rd position) (turn card was a QUEEN OF SPADES)
After a discusion around the table the dealer puts the queen of spades back into the deck and reshuffles, everybody happy now ? no, position one says the rule is that the card should stay on the turn.
After a while a ruler is called.
What do you think happened ?
It made me chuckle lol

the cards should never be shuffled in the middle of the hand--
deal becomes dead and void at that stage--
then split pot between players 1 and 2--
start new hand--
simple--
not at this game--
anything could have been ruled--
position 1 is really moaning saying the queen should of stood, making it obvious that the queen made his hand, and when the ruler came he said, that putting the card back into the deck and reshuffle and then deal the turn again is the rule.
Well position 1 was not happy, huffing and puffing.
So dealer puts the queen of spades back into deck, shuffles, deals the turn.....

QUEEN OF SPADES !!! whats the odds lol
anyway cut a long story short the position 1 guy had 2 pair and position 3 player flopped the straight LOL.
Posistion 3s hand is not mucked.
Im sure this has been discussed here before and 3 different rules came out, i since done reasearch with the rules i follow and it is correct to return and re-shuffle.
