A poker diary

Ok as the title says, yesterday i decided from now on everytime i play poker online or offline ive to keep a journal of it. Exactly how im feeling when im playing, how im playing, and just rough details of what went on in each game.

In this i cover all cash, S&Gs and MTT's i play in.

I read over yesterdays one today, and already i picked up on a few areas where i could improve, im also writting down problem hands elsewhere so that i can go back and have a look easier knowing the exact table, time and date of the incident.

Now ive played on game today, despite being knackered and already have it jotted down, including how tired i was and the clear mistake i made.

Now im just woundering if anyone else has done anything similar and if it helped. Im doing it on the computer with one Microsoft Word file covering each day so that i can get accsess to each day instantly, this way saving ink and paper and keeping it all in a need order, dated etc.

Opinions please, also if theres anything i could maybe add too it.
