Poker rooms in Crewe

Hello all,

After some how managing to get into UNI it turns out ill be situated in crewe at MMU Cheshire, anyhow im wanting to go play some live poker at least twice a week, as me and my mate are currently working on setting up a society for poker at the UNI.

Anyway what im asking for, and i know it's a longish shot, but if there is anyone with inside knowledge of crewe that could point me in the right direction to look for a poker game, or a casino i would be very very greatful.

    Don't think there is a casino in Crewe. Hanley is the nearest town with one (off the top of my head). Only a short drive.

    Just "chatted" to mickjenn on fb. He is a Crewe resident.

    He says

    "Hanley is the closet m8 22quid freezeout on a tues then a 100quid every sun"

    Also he mentioned that there are games at his local pub, the Merlin and these are a good laugh.

    Awesome news, hopefully ill meet a poker fanatic at uni whos driving!

    Sick beat mate. I feel for ya.

    There is a pub called `the park` on wistaston road where they have regular games.  Check it out, theyre a friendly bunch.
