Hi

More a style question this - how do u play trips on an all 1 suited flop? Does position make a difference to thought proccesses in this instance?

Do u bet big risking betting into made flush?

Medium bets (especially at the levels I play at) invite all the flush drawers along

Slow Play? - hoping for no diamonds?

I know the pre-flop raise is an option but what if instead of 8's I had 3's?

The board below is just an example the fact I made fullhouse makes it easy but what if ...?

Your thoughts please

I'm always scared of a flop with 3 of the same suit, because you get sooo many people who call with suited hands even to big raises.

Think you should do basically what you did, keep the pot controlled and just don't call any massive re-raises. When you hit the boat though you could maybe bet bigger here because he can't put you on a pocket pair that's hit a set and filled up surely.
