Fancy a trip to Blackpool?

The 2010/11 Sky Poker Tour kicks off in Blackpool on Saturday 30th October, & all being well (fingers crossed) Online Super Satellites for it will start tonight.

A lot of Players have been asking for the Tour to visit Blackpool, & the famous G-Casino there, so this one is likely to sell-out pretty quickly.

Sadly, Channel 865 are unable to send Rich Orful Orford, James "I mangle Aces" Hartigan, Gidzo, or Tricky Trev though, so the Event will be totall lacking 865 "Talent".

    News just in from Atilla - after scraping the very bottom of the Talent barrel, it now appears that Lisa-Marie Long will be in attendance at the Event.

    I am SO gonna take her for a tram-ride.

    Well, got the taste for live play now so here's hoping I'll see you all there! Shame you couldn't get better presenters though, disappointment. :(

    LITTLE BIT TOO FAR OF A DRIVE FOR ME, BUT WOULD LOVE TO PLAY...

    IS THE TOUR COMING TO SOUTH WALES THIS YEAR???? I WOULD SUGGEST LES CROUPIERS IN CARDIFF AS ASPERS SWANSEA CAN NO LONGER HOST 100+ RUNNER TOURNIES AFTER IT CUT ITS POKER ROOM IN 2!!

    ANYTHING FURTHER THAN CARDIFF FOR ME IS TOO FAR ESPECIALLY IN A TOURNY WHERE THE STRUCTURE MEANS ITS PUSH OR FOLD BY THE SECOND BREAK!!! ( I KNOW THE REASONS WHY)

    HAVE FUN AND HOPEFULLY WILL SEE YOU ALL DOWN SOUTH WALES SOON....

    DOOOOH... IF YOU MAKE IT DOWN I WILL BY YOU A LAMB DINNER JUST FOR YOU!!

    btw anychance of moving this one to cardiff as i have tickets for scarefest at alton towers that weekend and I LOVE BLACKPOOL!!!

    Full schedule of 5 events and final will follow shortly, everything is confirmed..some new venues, some existing SPT venues..just awaiting the say so to release the full news....


    In the meantime, Blackpool is going to be a good-un.

    I LOVE Blackpool.  I have never seen the lights to its really exciting.....lol

    Lisa-Marie and Blackpool?  Can we arrange some kind of forfeit or penalty for anyone who walks up to LM wearing a 'Kiss Me Quick' Hat as it will get old in lightning time.

    Sounds like a great location though, I think I might have a pop at this one.
