Was he bluffing?

Was playing on this table for about half an hour and noticed the opponent B in the below hand was a bit of a calling station. Do you think he was bluffing when he shoved?

    He didnt really shove u set him all in, and surely you know if he was bluffing because u would of called the 42p more to turn over the cards.
    He more than likely had A K or A 9 or sumin.

    I dont really understand why you have posted this as you know the answer unless you folded????

    Sorry guys I was just asking whether you thought he was bluffing.
    I know he wasn't but I thought he was at the time so I called and he had the 7-10
