SPT £5.20 sats

Hello,

just entered a £5.20 sat which wasnt a rebuy but there were only 2 of us in it and it still ran (won it, thankfully). Isnt this pointless if its not a rebuy and only 1 in 5 go through?

It could be that people weren't aware they were on...for the DTD final, a lot of people wanted non re-buy satellites to the semi's and they weren't any. I'm sure they will fill up in the future.

I think the point is that if there are not 5 runners then the Sat should be cancelled as it isn't technically a Sat!

Thanks Dave, thats what I meant. if its not a rebuy and only 1 in 5 go through then there's no point it running if there arent 5 people in it.

Just qualified again, hopefully I can get past bubble this time! :-)

It's because when the DTD sats were on, people were moaning that the £5 sats were getting cancelled because of not enough people, so Sky changed it so the tourny would run with a minimum of 2 people and if the 5 isn't reached then it just turns into a cash tourny.

Why cant they run a 1.20 sit n go to qualify for the 5.20 sattelite. Sure they would fill then.
