I'd probably call, surely if someone else had the 9 why would they check turn?? seems to me the oppenent could be bluffing or value betting here depends on the player any reads at all? dont like his line and im guessing its a bluff from the line he's taken

well, all depends on the player... the options are a badly played 9, a passively played flush draw, or an excellent bluff. I find it unlikely they're trying to value bet a pair of 4's or 6's, in this instant you'd be happy to take the check with showdown value.

Realistically, they don't look like the best player from this hand in isolation, so I'd have to fold this personally- my instinct is telling me they caught the flush. I think they have a 9 or flush a lot more than they're stonewall bluffing here- they may have even slowplayed a flopped set, or been playing K10/A10. Too many hands out there that have you beat, for my liking.

I think the c-bet on flop is ok, but it needs to be followed by a stronger turn bet to find out where you are- around 500. Then you can get a better idea of where you are, when he calls it smells like a draw, most likely a heart draw. Need to convince the other player you've got a strong hand, when you check the turn you might as well scream that you've got no hand.
