hi i posted in community suggestions about if we could get smilies as you can you them via pm's but not on here.

this is what rich said..............

    Smilies are a good Idea as alot of forum bickering may be avoided with the addition of these, Many posts are misconstrued and a smilie can reinforce the lighthearted Intent of the post

    well according to sky rich it's a "low business priority".

    surely it doesnt cost much does it?

    It's not so much a low business priority it's just compared to other projects (such as the upcoming download) it often gets bumped.

    The issue with smilies was browser specific so by and large it would work for most people however i few would certainly be affected.

    I'll see what i can do but until we have the problems sorted for all browsers it's unlikely to be re-introduced.
