Does anybody know what the range is for the percentage of hands your supposed to play pre flop, e.g. you get dealt 50 hands, you play 25 of them, it's 50% (just making it clear). I checked mine on another website then, and I got 33%? Which means I fold pre-flop 67% of the time. Is this too tight? I know it's various, depending on what cards you get, but generally does anybody know what the correct percentage is? Thanks!

It's a question of style, Table Dynamic, & a dozen other things, but most would say that playing 33% of hands in a regular situation is not optimal.
Play less, play them more aggreessively, & play them better. Less is more. ALL imo, of course!
for fullring i imagine the regulars play between 10 and 20% of the hands they are dealt.
in 6max it will vary from 15% upto 35% (this ia a bit extreme and the majority will play ~20% imo)
+1 to the reply by LOL RAISE.
As a generalisation, almost all inexperienced players play too great a % of hands, that is to say, "too many hands". It's the same Online, & Live.
Play fewer hands, & play them better, though as Mr Raise notes, it all depends upon a whole bunch of variables.
In Tournaments, of course, & generally speaking, we increase the % of hands played as the Tourney progresses, particularly in the last 25% of the Tourney, though we are ALWAYS bringing in raises here, not limping.
All imo, of course.
my cash rate in those forum 10 seaters is 50%. saying that ive only played 6 of them lol.
