How to lose playing in freerolls

If you have AA KK QQ in Freerolls always fold because you get callers with 97 54 43 off suit who go all in when you push in the chips. Maybe its only me or does this happen to any one else. 3 top hands all beat up

So that`s the way to play all the poker books I have read are wrong. Las vegas WSOP next year for me LOL
