Whilst playing this hand i put the original raiser on a big PP. When the flop hit and the c-bet came out i was then convinced and the flat call that followed told me that the guy either had a big PP or a solitary 4, more than likely the latter. So i had no problem in shipping knowing i had 1 opponent drawing to a 2 outer and the other drawing to a 1 outer.

This hand is not about my play which was quite standard but about my 2 opponents who decided they could not lay down their virtually dead hands despite being asked for all their chips.

So what kind of thread are we reading then a 'name and shame one'?

A warning about how weak hands can be in omaha that would be really strong in NLHE. If it was name and shame i would not have changed the names.

Alas im afraid now we all know that 'bit of flop' and 'overrater' are complete muppets;o)

I'm no omaha expert but isn't calling a raise with your hand pretty bad?

It was on the loose side. But at the time was getting nearly 4 to 1 and i knew i would not be that far behind any possible holding. Plus i knew that if i missed the flop i would fold to any bet and so therefore had very low loss expectation and the chance to take down a big pot.
