he could be making that pre flop raise with AK so dont think u should be folding there, i dont think there is much u can do here really he bets out u put him all in, it was inevitable with that flop.

However u said u thought he had an overpair!!! If u thought that he did during that hand u must of had reads and that would of been the only way u where folding that hand

Just thought when he re-raised me overpair or maybe AK.

I didn't think I could fold with that flop but wasn't confident I was ahead.

Needed a ace or king on flop so I could have got off it.

Not on that board at those stakes, just one of those hands, plays itself

I think you could get away with this.  I play at 4NL but it can't be that different.  I very rarely see someone put in a proper size 3bet with anything less than JJ+.  Its normally a shove or a call.

For that reason I wouldn't be that confident I was ahead either.  FWIW I probably call but only cause I don't want to believe anyone.

Nah just one of those hands, you have to go all-in.

I play at this level and 5p/10p and in my experience that size reraise pre is nearly always AA or KK

    Thanks all.

Struggle to fold in this situation so went with it and expected to lose.
