Tonight's OFFICIAL £220 Sky Sports Double stack Show THREAD

Evening all!

Well, It's that time.. The £220 Sky Sports Double Stack is here and tonight we will be showing it in all it's enviable GLORY!!

Myself and the Statistical mastermind that is Mr Ed Giddins will be your Guides through the minefield of televised Poker.

Many of you have satellited in and many more of you be buying in.. The PRIZE pool is a guranteed at £8000  and seats are capped at 50!! It's alreday looking like an impressive field and I for one can't wait to get started!!

Also our very own Mr Tikay Kendall will also be adding some VALOOO and chipping in from time to time from the Double stack Baize!

If any of you are playing in the Sky Sports DS and are up for a Phone-in at any time even if it's just to BRAG... then please post here and Miss Sky_Ling or Sky_Mandy will get back to you!!

    Good luck to Mr Giddins tonight again with the tough job of carrying LML once again, surely he gets paid double when working with her ;)

    Righto so if any of you think you may possibly want to chat about hands requests/play over the phone can you please email your phone no. and player name to skyopen@bskyb.com as we'll need to have your number in place before we go to air.

    Obv if you only want to be contacted should you have a requested hand be sure to put that onthe email.. And don't worry someone will call you to make sure you're comfy with the whole thing before you go live to the nation!

    I would do the phone in but my landline is not wireless and my mobile has very poor reception where I live so would result in an epic fail.

    Will have the show on though and look forward to watching it.

    1 hour to go, & we have 26 registered now.

    Boba-Fett is an interesting one, he's migrated from next door. IIRC, he Finalled in SPT Glasgow, & took a bit of a horror beat, to either Dan or Davey. Good player.

    I seem to be the "value". Oh, & Haysie.......

    but yeah the last time i did a phone into a tv show i was 8.

    it was cbbc at school holidays....i rang into one of those games where you would guide some animated character thru a maze picking up stuff and the more points you got the better the prize you received.

    so yeah i got thru and was on the line to talk to Emma Forbes and then I had live tv phone fright and didn't say a word!  Emma tried for a couple of mins but then they went to another caller who won a Gameboy.

    I cried a lot that day.

    so yeah if i do play i'll pass on the phone call.

    well i came 4th in the sat, but i just binked 180 in cash in the last few mins so in my head thats like sating in.
