i built up a hefty amount of points last month they where taken the other day and i recieved nothing in return??? or do u get the bonus later in the month?

I think its a madam, and its not normally 5 days, usually paid on 2nd working day of the month, sir:)

Correct, it used to be 2nd working day, i think it changed about 4 months ago though.
