Hand 1 - WP, UL it happens

Hand 2 - Raise more pre.  Why overbet the pot when the flush and possible straight card hits river?

Hand 3 - Beaten by a better hand for 16 big blinds..... don't sweat it

Hand 4 - Cooler UL

My main worry would be that you seem to be playing all sorts of levels.  What is yr bankroll?  Coolers and beats hurt far more if you can ill afford the losses.  I would say in an average day i, and most regular players get the above 4 hands maybe 3 times over.... I win a few hands too mind.  I don't really think any of the above hands are proper beats though.

cheers for the advice i dont class them as bad beats just wanna make that clear also
hand 2 reason for min raise the guy who flat called usualy reraised so wanted that so i could go over the top the one time i want that they call lol what i seem to be having is good holding cards get a perfect board only to walk into a monster i there hand thats poker i suppose its just been one of those days

Hey Chef the only problem i see is that your bets change depending on the strength of your hands, betting less with draws more with made hands.

read would determine whether the AA hand is bad or pure spew, get JJ in preflop for 16bbs 67o hand is just super cooler, KK hand is mehhhhh i think you can fold if you have any reads on how he plays top pair
