Keyboard doesn't work

I have an apple mac with apple keyboard which i'm using to type this very message, but when i've loaded up a table the keyboard doesn't work in chat and notes. 

Any reason or suggestions?

    Hi,

    This isn't something i've seen before, has it ever worked? if so when was the last time it did work?

    Hi Lee, thanks for the response. It used to work fine then all of a sudden (around a week ago) it has stopped working. Occasionally it will work, then after ten minutes it stops :/

    I think it might be Safari playing up so will play in Firefox later to see if that solves the problem. I'll let you know...

    How many tables are you playing?

    in notes does a cursor come up?

    can you input bet amounts with your keyboard?
