tricky spot in a 6max NL100 cash game..

Ok so its a tough NL100 cash game, you have played a few sessions with the player in question and he has seen us 3bet often (roughly 12%) he is yet to get out of line. see the below example:

SB: £47
BB: £221
Seat 1: £90 (folds)
Seat 2: £118 (opens to £4, he has a hi vpip, this is clear to all at the table)
seat 3: £126 HERO we have K5 clubs and 3bet (light) to £14
seat 4: £185
VILLAIN
calls the 3bet
SB: folds
BB: folds
seat 1& 2 fold

So we 3 bet to isolate seat 2 (a loser in the game) but we got a call from a seemingly standard tag on the button.

FLOP:

7hearts 3clubs 2diamonds.

we have a backdoor Fd but other than we have airballed this flop.

my question is, do you cbet? discuss & give reasons...

please no comments on the 3 bet itself. we all get ourselves in bad spots from time to time.

If your going to 3 bet with K5, I would always lead out on the flop, as in always!

I'd imagine that seat 4s range here is a PP.  Can't see him flat calling here with many SCs as we aren't terribly deep.  AK maybe if he's a bit nitty?  Don't think that we are gonna get him off any PP with a flop bet meaning that if we bet flop then we'd hvae to be comfortable getting in stacks on turn.

If we do bet flop I wouldn't bet 3/4 I'd be more inclinded to go 2/3rds.  Does the same job and when we do meet resistance than we save a few quid.
