money disapeared anyone?

i just registerd for a scary sit n go, it said it couldnt 'move the funds' but still took my money and it says im not registerd. i tryed to play a cash game and 3 pounds has gone from my account. this is beyond annoying. what's going on?, i hope sky are in enough control to refund ALL the mistakes.

    TBH sick of this nonsense, the site has thousands of customers now and this just happens far to f u kcn often. Sat here waiting like a numpty to play a game god knows how long it will take.
