basically came 2nd in a £5 dym and no money entered my account. even logged out and back in and nothing still not gone in. getting quite concerned and dont know what to do

Hi there im a poker player and i am extremely disheartened by the inability of the team to deal with my problems first point of contact i have never been given the tokens in reference to my free poker play promotional tokens been awarded on my account since the account has been opened.
And all i got from tech guys was well escalate. No offence i called into the service guys before and felt like i was being interrogated like a criminal and have also been lied to and when i spoke to a senior member of staff he basically didn't do anything about it and left me feeling so unsupported as a customer who spends on average at least £100 pounds per month you read the promotion and the terms and conditions are so impossible to understand but am getting there with that issue. Can you tell me why the tech guys cant deal with issues relating to bonus's at first point of contact and why they don't see things in a more sympathetic manor after all we are paying for the service
P.s I do understand not all the team are really that bad just the minority. Posted by babes51
