Why can you not trust them? - it's a technical fault!
I'd like to apologise for the problems that were experienced last night, these have now been rectified. All players should have now been refunded but if you feel you haven't or haven't got the full amount you are owed, please contact our customer care team and they will assist you.
In reply to your question Darich " why can you not trust them " i would just like to point out that if Sky Poker had done the right thing last night and got someone to inform everyone what was going on rather than leaving everyone in the dark and trying to get through to C.C. then im sure the question of trust would never have been raised. Sky Poker have got the perfect forum for informing everyone in the shape of channel 865 or this forum,im sure it would have been quite simple to have used one of these to let people know that there was a problem and that Sky Poker were looking into it . This i feel would have put peoples minds at rest rather than people thinking that there accounts had been hacked into and wondering where there funds had gone to . Regards Mick .
