I couldn't fold top top at this level without super reads.

If villain is a nit reg then sigh and sit on your hands until the timer folds for you.

If random with no reads then fist pump snap call.

I'd say so, £12 call to potentially win a pot of about £42. Plus you have top pair top kicker! Yeah they could have a set, but they could also have KQ KJ etc ...

The guy who shoved with the larger stack I hadn't come across before.

He had been playing with a very wide range so could of had a random 2 pair hand or a set.

Over the long term is this a +ev call agaisnt someone who plays quite loose?

yea he if he limp calls pre i wouldnt be too surprised for him to either a) flat call the £5 with a set because
"lol tarp"
or b) shove here with KJ KQ because he doesnt want to face tough decisions on future streets.
