Ok this is in the Orfordable. The table has been reasonably good and i decide to set mine with my small PP. I hit with the big A also hitting, but its a drawy board, i recon the opponent has AK-AJ region and is unlikley to fold it.

Rate the play please, playing so little confidence maybe the shove was a little over the top.

Well played, this is exactly how u shud have played the big draw in the other hand u posted.

Once he min 3 bets the flop he's never folding, and neither are you, so get it in.

i hate the min raise thing, i have spent many hours thinking about the min raise thingy and i cant come up with anything good about it.
Min raise on the flop gives villan great odds with a draw, dont do it.
On flop i make it 920.

    i dont understand this post.
You want to rep strenth on that board in a raised pot? why? to fold out AQ and AK? why would you want to do that?

if he has say AK/AQ of diamonds, is this the incorrect play.

23/55/AA is already beating me, and as stated in the above post i dont think the opponent folds an A so i raise for value if he does.

so you raise for value, ok. 920>720 = more value and you charge him more to draw.

even if this is true (which it isn't, necessarily) then it should be an ever bigger to reason to raise more on the flop.

as said raise bigger on flop, shove is fine.

to a good player it reads that you are a bad player.

seriously minraising this flop is really bad you have a set 200bb deep in a tournament with villain likely holding TPGK+ any 2/3 or diamond can possibly slow the action down resulting in you not stacking villain, you have to make it big on the flop in order to get stacks in by river. id make it 1.1k on flop  then there is 2.5k in the middle and we have ~6.2k remaining. i would bet ~1750 on the turn setting up 4.5k river shove into a ~6k pot

ah very good point LOL_RAISE never took getting it in like that as an option i wanted it in on the flop, so guessing that my opponent re-raises as done it works, but otherwise it doesnt
