primo question...

despite being a genius at hi-lo i am still a primo virgin...until tonight that is

so, what i want to know is

how do you tame a beast like primo....

    Irene, in all seriousness, play it like any other mtt with a similar structure.

    Its the same as any 8pm 'main event' you need a quick double up in the 1st hour, then its a shovefest in the 2nd hour, and the standard is the same no matter who says otherwise gl.

    i usually play the first hour like cash...but considering i'm gonna be a phone guest i don't want to go bust before then....

    Don't be intimidated, it's full of poor players like most 8pm's on sky, go wiv ya gut!

    Just play it like any normal MTT but beware of any big gamblers on your table in the 1st hour who will play any two. Try to sit tight and play your big cards strongly and look for any spots to gain valuable chips. The 2nd hour calms down slightly but always beware of what the ave stack is in comparison to yours. In the 3/4th hours, the 'standard' of play goes up a notch or two and it is a tough field to get through then.

    I have just sat in on my 1st attempt but when I bust out, prob about 8.05pm, I will come and rail you......

    WE NEED BEER MONEY FOR NEXT WEEK CAPTAIN.....DONT LET ME DOWN :))

    Just play it like any other MTT, ignore the big buy-in and the big names, it's still exactly the same game.

    You're in for free so you've got nothing to lose. I played my first Primo last week (with a free entry) and got 4th place. If I can do it, anybody can do it.
