i think pre is very close as we are getting ~15:1 including implied odds. i would open to 3x utg with every hand i play as i think especially on sky if you open 2x youa re goign to be oop in a multiway pot too often which sucks.

    postflop looks fine

I think the problem is probably your position on this hand. Pocket 4's are 'OK' but you had plenty of big blinds left to not risk using them. If you were second to act after the flop then sure it may have been worth a bet to see where you were in the hand but I think you just walked into it by going first and betting the size you did. Good in that you didn't pot commit at that point but it wasn't big enough to ask questions.

if u raised more pre which u should IMO with pocket pairs (3x atleast) he will the reraise u more and u may be able to put him on the kings when he raises again on flop but a hard one to get away from in any case.
Also if you do raise to say 120-160 he is raising it u to atleast 240 - 280 and u may want to consider folding 4's for that price

other then the min raise played fine imo, personally would open 3-4 bb. if re-raised re-evaluate

as played on the flop im getting them in too need to have very strong reads to fold a set and unless you put him on kk no folding here
