    In the 2010/11 Tour, no.

We were unable to find a venue that ticked all the boxes, I'm afraid. Hopefully, we will return there in the 2011/12 SPT.

I imagine le croupiers, none of the others are possible imo.
Grandad came to play lecroupiers a few months back and the card room was ace and ticked all the boxes- I doubt any of the others would come near it tbh.

I will now have to look at Newcastle as my only possible venue.

Although Tikay i know you dont make the desisons, or find people and places, but i think a venue within Scotland is extremely important. Im close to the border on the Newcastle side so im not too bad, it would have been  a venue id have looked at, but Jeez thats a long way for the further northern players to travel.

So glad Luton and Cardiff are on the list - Luton was the best last year and Cardiff will be awesome as well!!

Newcastle looks good for the craic although a long way away, same as Leeds - both these new cities to sample - wiiiiiiii!! Nice work Sky and Gramps, hope Blackpool was the benchmark and it gets even better from here :)

So do we, Don, but I think you miss the point. We WANT to come to Scotland, but it's not our fault that there are no suitable Venues. Our last 2 Venues in Scotland have not given the level of Service we consider necessary.

In searching around, we found a recognized Venue in Glasgow at 1st Floor Level, but it had NO disabled access. Which is not acceptable to us.

There's a nice Grosvenor, too - in Aberdeen! - which is way too far north for 95% of our players.

It's NOT a question of not wishing to, the Venues need to be satisfy the default criteria.
