hi all i hope everyone else does not have the same problem ive just had
i recieved a email this morning from sky saying if i play 20 raked hands on a 50p £1 table i can get 10 free i read the text and it says once i stand up the bonus is triggered auto maticlly no where does it say in the text enter the code like other email i have recieved.
so called customer services been told i have to enter the code and replay the 20 + hands again ffs even though in the email it says triggered automaticlly which i took to mean every one was already entered
have sent sky the email and im hoping for common sense to prevail
i also lost far more than i will get back from sky but i had included the bonus in my profit margin and lost margin so arhhhhhhhhhhhhh

So wouldnt you have to spend £6 folding to get £10?
