Simple fold right?

Notes on the player is he was also very loose and usually done everything instantly. Here however he used the entire time bar to call pre, and then insta shoved the flop.

Think myself a rag ace

I'd say 22 myself. But either way you are behind. You have plenty of chips. I'd fold too.

you think it's more likely he has a set than an Ace?

lol if dohhhhhh could fold it, so could I:)

Annoyingly there is a chance that you are still ahead and he is playing back at you not believing you have got the ace based on your description of both your play.

But, it's not worth the risk... wp him if it was a bluff

As all above have to fold it really plenty of stack left if he has bluffed you fair play but likely could have at least ace rag possible set or 2 pair. wait for better spot note if he shows bluff

Bet less flop.  900 gets the same job done as 1150.  He'll only ship over if he has an A.

Given your read tho I would def be raising more flop.  If he's loose pre then I'd be making it 900 at least
