    A-K is hold'em's stone cold nuts of nothing at all. It DREAMS of becoming a pair yet it's potential is so much more.
    A-K is the wayward genius of poker. It can conquer all on a good day but on another lies at the feet of 2-2 like a wanton beggar or a charlatan, snivelling that statistically this was inevitable. Like a woman in a drunken haze this hand  may offer the promise of  a Mata Hari yet still turn out to be your Nan with a poison dagger.
    I love shoving it in a tourney. It's a buzz hand.
    Doesn't work ? Pfft. Where's the romance in your game, where's the fun ?    :)
