    Get straight onto support via the online chat feature. They are usually pretty helpful.


    Maybe they really did hit the doomswitch on your account lol.

    really? maybe they are having alot of problems, i've never not got straight through to someone on their. and they are usually very helpful.

    good luck getting this sorted tonight.

    if not I'm sure Sky Rich will get onto it tomorrow and pass it on to the relevant people. You don't have to fear about your money on a site like sky as opposed to other american lesser known networks that are skank machines!

    Really hope when they do the DL software they upgrade their whole system, as its a bit ropey compared to other sites to be hnest in a few ways. :(
