Iv had the same, and considering I was 7 tabling and don't have time to watch all the "payouts" its very worrying I have lost out in more than just this 1 hand (It was using the BETA if that helps and just after I had done the latest updates).

That's weird, wait for Sky Rich to send this through to the Dev Team.

Hopefully that's the hh messing up and you aren't owed anything, though if you are i'm sure they will sort it quickly. :-)

it would be very easy to move this if you didn't read it all very closely.

This definitely shouldn't have been moved here.

I've seen a few hands where someone has bet out all the other players had already folded or folded to the bet and the pot was still split between players who had folded?

Moving this to Area51 makes no sense what so ever! Does the Mod concerned even play online poker?

But surely the Mods get paid to make an imformed decission and if they are not reading the posts properly before moving them they are not doing thier jobs properly!

    Hi guys,

It seemed like a few of you had a problem last night.

From the sounds of things, it was only affecting a few people which suggests it COULD be a problem with Internet provider or web browser. Either way, customer care SHOULD be able to look into it for you and sort out refunds where necessary.

I would ask you all to contact them on the links/numbers below and get it sorted.

Hope that helps you all out.

    Thanks,
    Jordan

I think the problem is that unless everyone was checking every hand history during the problem period no one will possibly know if pots were paid out correctly and to the right people.

Look at the hand history posted above.  Player JIGGSY folded on the flop and went on to win a share of the pot.

That certainly isn't a 'browser issue'.

Hi all, Sky Adam has posted a reply to this on another tread as follows:-

    Hi All,

We have been looking at this issue reported by Flashflush today, it has been identified as a problem affecting a small number of cash table hands, which was introduced yesterday morning. The issue was caused by an obscure chain of events which resulted in this very small number of cash table hands being cancelled.

We have just released a fix for this, so do not expect anyone to experience this problem again, but if you do then please do not hesitate to contact C/Care so that it can be passed over for investigation.

Unfortunately in order for this fix to be picked up it was required to restart all cash tables which were open at the time, hence the lobby message we sent out, which may have caused a momentary blip for some of you. If you were affected by this then we apologise but it was absolutely necessary.

If you were previously affected by a hand being cancelled then please contact customer care who will handle your query and credit any winnings owed.

Sky Poker would like to offer our sincere apologies for those of you affected and thank you for your patience whilst we investigated.

    Kind Regards

    Adam
