detail update...please help thanks

hi
no-one can update their details but seem to be able to do it thought customer services...I just asked them to add my mobile number but take off my old number (they added my new number but didn't delete my old)
I also asked them to put something different down for my town and pointed out some people have "value town" "no chat" etc...as their town but they wouldnt do that...why not? I dont get it?
so if any of you sky people (Rich, Dave, Jordan....anyone) can do it for me please pm me thanks x

    ok, i'm sorry about that. i've sent the thread over so the tech guys will take a look. if you need details changing in the meantime you'll need to go through customer care.
