download client: issues with windows 7

Ok I click the download and i get the air download.
Then it starts to download client and hangs forever.

I tried changing folder privileges, and still no joy.

Any ideas.

    ummm. It worked tonight. It popped up security admin window prompting for allowing changes be made to my pc. It didn't do that last night!

    its either because of reboot or a change has been made to download
