The chances of getting any particular pocket pair are about 220-1. This is the same for your KK and his AA. The chances of you getting KK and one of your opponents having AA on a 3 handed table are.
220 x 220 / 2.which is about 24200 to 1. Divided by 2 because of 2 opponents therefore 2 chances.
This would be the same as running 22 into 33 as well because they are just as unlikely.
But the odds you need to think about are if you have KK on a 3 handed table the odds of you being against AA are 220/2 which is 110-1. So as you can see it is not as unbelievable as you might think.
