what is chip dumping?

Ok im not going to mention names here, however this hand below looks rather suspisious too me. I wanted you guys opinions before i said anything.

    Well thats got to be the strangest play I've see in a long time.  Not sure whether its chip dumping or not but its most peculiar.

    The reason we suggest reporting anything like this is that the relevant team who deals with this can look into it, and deal with it in the apropriate manner, they are the ones who can find out if there is any evidence of wrongdoing.

    Yep, looks very dodgy IMO. I'd report it if I were you. I know from personal experience that CS do a good job of making sure the players involved won't be able to do it again. It's in all our interests that stuff like this doesn't carry on unreported.

    the thing is freechips,you have put this up because you are genuinely amazed at the fold,but if someone put it up as a possible chip dump it would be jumped on and accusations would be flying.
    the guy surely must call for his last 2.50 but maybe(most definitely) got caught bluffing and didnt want to embarrass himself..........so as stated people should just send hands to cc for checking......

    I would think the most obvious reason is misclick or disconnection.  It happens, bet he is still crying!

    Yep it was a stange one alright Don with all the re-raises I was waiting for the all-in not a min raise and a fold.
