    I see you've been hijacked already by his Oldness and his Santa Sacking competition!! Ha!! Fine.. Just make sure one of your three is the TSP classic at 10pm!! I'll also be in the 8.30 TOT and around some of the lower level cash tables before and between tourneys!! I've been away for nearly three weeks so hope you'll come say hello and update me on the forum Gossip!!  You also never know where those Cheeky Sky Santa, Elf and Rudolph will be hiding out and any knockout will get you entrance into Santa's Sack comp on the 28th Dec.. ME ME ME!!!!! I WANT AN IPOD/3D TV etc etc etc!!!! Oh and I'm still sleeping at 6am and waking at 3pm which is almost perfect for Poker.. but not so good for daylight hours... So any Jetlag Cure's/stories you have to make me feel better will be MOST  welcome.. :( xx

    Dont go sleeping at 6am, i did the japanese run with an 8-9 hours time delay, every 12 weeks for a year, and yes i was wide awake at 3am and kn ackered at 9am for work! The worst thing to do is have a drink to sleep, one you'll turn into an alco, and age 20 years, and two, the first night you dont drink you will be jet lagged again! It really is a case of going to bed before midnight and never, under any circumstance sleep or drink during the day (a bit like gremlins) for a few days. Of course if your on holiday its the opposite advice to what ive just given you!
