OK the raiser is the kinda guy who literally could have any two cards.  The turn i checked to shove myself.

Pre-flop when the big mistake happened. I felt a little priced in and i felt i could play against these opponents OOP post flop which obviously added the implied odds. Ok so i get a lil lucky to flop two pair, of coarse the 8 worries me if J9 is in the hand. So the check raise gets me the info on this.

Anyways opinions please.

ok my reasoning is as follows although shouldn't have put results as i said

i think im good on flop i aim to get in as much as possible here, when he re-raised your raise here i would make decision either to ship it or just call. i would ship if i think i am ahead, against draws weaker hand etc. only way i would call is if i think im behind but have outs eg. 10 or Q house up. in that case i fold to the shove as we missed

also as we mentioned possible to have straight here again on that flop if you think they have a straight would again just call/fold problem is you have 4 outs max so would prefer the fold

i think you played the flop ok.  too deep to stack off here so its not  abad idea to get to a safe turn and half the opponents equity.

the K tho is not a safe card.

doubt im folding tho here tbf tho so ul

With the stacks so deep, I think a fold is the best option on the turn. It's turned into an awful board for middle two pair and another player to act behind. Fold, and wait for a better spot imo.

Why are we are waiting for a safe turn but still getting it when the K comes?
I'm probably getting it in on the flop unless I knew my opponents to be solid and most likely have a set.
I would be much more wary of a set in this spot than J9.

can i just ask why is the K no a safe card.

The only things that improve is AJ (straight), KQ/K10 (better two pair), AK (which would now pay us off), KK(set)

So then look at the flop action. AK/AJ/K10 usually would be folded. So only KK and KQ of these hands should really still be in, or am i misssing the point?
