OK just moved to this table £5.50 BI £250 GTD mtt. Early blind levels and i see QQ here and think wooo. PLayer raise and im still thinking of 3-betting. Then button shoves. Changes my whole thought process. Opinions (without reads)

Not nitty at all. No need to risk whole stack so early on even if villain has AK, and obv worse, AA or KK. Good fold Don.

I don't think a fold is that bad tbf given the early level tbf.

In this situation with no reads and at this stage of the tourny for me this is a standard fold. There has been a raise a call and a 3-bet shove in front of you so those ladies would seem to be diminishing in value all the time.

It is very hard without reads to put the button on a hand at all. It could easily be AK, AQ or any pocket pair, or even just a squeeze play to hoover up the chips. But for me i want to be the aggressor in any given situation and calling for my tourny life. It is very early and you have plenty of chips and with the original raiser still left to act i can not see the merit in risking it all at this time especially since you only have the sb invested. KK in this spot would be different with only the 1 overcard available and i would be snap calling.

You have to put the villian on a least AK at this stage why do you want to race for your torny life, you have very little invested wait for a better spot good fold m8! TBF TBH & IMO

PS Im a donk and would have called!

It is a bit nitty BUT by no means a bad fold a good fold to avoid a flip for sure. But great opportunity to double ur stack, me being me id rather take chances early on than chancing of being blinded out in the latter stages of the tourney.

I made this call yesterday withh QQ with a raise, call & a shove before me and my pocket queens never held - Now can anyone tell me where that fold button is please?

Over the last few days my QQ has lost every race, but if I keep putting them in a race on the wrong starting line, I am nearly always going to finish last (I have learnt my lesson)

Very odd hand. 56 i have no idea, also to confirm this was a £5.50 freezeout - non bounty. So i dont get that call at all.

The 56 called cos they were sooted :)

fwiw, I think you could make an argument for calling & folding in this spot & if I'm not on life tilt & fully concentrating then I think I'm probably swearing lots & waiting for the timer to fold for me in this spot.
