Hand Histories Timing Out

I realise people would often say this happens and that after a few attempts you get it to work, over the last 4 days ish it's not worked once.

 Searching by a single hh id instantly brings it up but attempting to search over any time period be it a day a week or between a date range on both the download client and the website brings up constant time outs. I've tried maybe 100 times in 4 days and it's timed out every single time

Yes can someone from sky please get this resolved, its very annoying.
