    get onto customer care.  they will add 8k to your account plus another 1k for goodwill for the inconvience of the software messing up.

    Wont work Scotty.... Customer Care will say that as at least one other person managed to play ok then the problem is with your computer and not their system.
    Then 2 days later change their minds and put up a freeroll to compensate
