It has reverted back to the old structure then? There isn't a second 150/300 level as there was at Blackpool?

It is the new structure, 200-400 followed by 200-400/25

the Blackpool staff made a mistake in entering the new structure so we played a level twice to compensate

The sit n gos are normally £10 or £20 with top 3 paid, often organised by the presenter or by a Sky Poker player, if I am out early I will try and drum up a few, look for the orange T-Shirts, Team Knightplop will be organising the fun!

Blind levels from memory go up every 10 mins in a SNG

    Hi,

I have qualified for the Newcastle event but am unable to make it as the missus is now due in hospital the day before.  I contacted Customer Care in November but have had no response other than to say that they have passed my e-mail to the poker department and I have chased them a couple of times since.

Is this something you can deal with or can you pass this on to someone who can?

    Thanks

    Stewart

    Hi Stewart,

As was noted previously, they ARE aware of this, & the info has been sent to Head Office.

"Normal" working resumes today, & as soon as they respond, we'll let you know.

    Thanks Tikay,

This was not a dig at any of the poker team, I just know how unreliable the Customer Care team can be sometimes and the event is getting very close now.

Bill, you'll really enjoy it. When you get there ask if they can do a "live demonstration" of how to play. Sky have done this for live newbies at other events, and it does help (string betting etc).
