why does my hand id request not work, right id number in and all i get is timed out error

    Try the same hand id twice, I have found it often times out first time but is successful the second time immediately after.

    At the moment there are massive 'issues' with the hand history feature. Singular hh searches should work but for hh's over any period of time it will always time out at the moment.
