tonight i mistakenly cancalled my entry in the viva las vegas final and lost my £1100 entry, i knocked the cancel registration button but didnt press the confirm link but it still deleted my seat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg that's bad bad bad, what can i do, well luckly and not like other poker sites, i rang the help line and talked to a real person within 45 seconds who sorted it out with no dramas, my seat is back safe and sound, i am so glad sky keeps british poker players safe and provide a place for us to play, THANK YOU SKY, i feel part of a poker club playing on sky, and not a customer
