APAT Team Event

So what do you all think? A Sky Poker Community Team to go into the APAT team event on 27th and 28th December?

 Pitty its close to christmas, which may limit the amount of us that could play. I'm not totally sure on how many we need/buyin (but i think its around £50 each). I'm just posting this to see what response I get. Would be great to get SkyPoker out there and advertised in a good tourney.

 If there is good feedback on this, im sure Tikay (as he is Chairman of APAT) will fill us in on all the nitty gritty details of what to do.

 So whos interested?

    What a great idea, there is not much chance of me going, but, putting a Sky Poker out there in the APAT, who I am certain would put up a great showing and put us firmly on the map.

    HOW WOULD YOU CHOOSE A TEAM THOUGH......??? COZ ALL TYPES OF DISCIPLINES WOULD HAVE TO BE INVOLVED OR IS IT JUST AIMED AT MAINLY MTT PLAYERS?

    if we have a sky poker COMMUNITY team going down, perhaps we could sort out some sky poker polo shirts for the members.

     Yes im thinking deffo got to wear Skypoker merchandise :D

     Well 1st of all Jimbo, we need to see who is interested, and as we would have to register before hand we would need a 100% yes from those that want to go... we need to find ou the numbers needed, and the formats.. then i suppose put it to some kind of vote to see who we take

     Iv posted on the APAT forum asking for more details on what formats etc, hopefully ill have a good answer by this evening so we can start a search...

    Sounds like a great idea. I joined up with APAT a couple of weeks ago. Don't think the timing is going to fit into my diary (travelling from Bournemouth to Manchester over xmas not ideal) but I fully support the idea and it sounds great!

    Wonder if you can setup a private tourney as a qualifier?   May also be an idea to use the league positions in the deepies?  Anyway great idea Flash!  Sure Tikay will provide plenty of info.
