Maybe you should get this transfered to the Poker clinic, alot of mistakes in this hand. 

1st we have posision pre with a good hand for the Button. So i raise so make it 1000 or all in to call pre. The flop then we can rep alot better than A6 ok so we have them beat but they cant put you on a better hand because of the limp pre. Your min raise is weak too.

Think the play is ok,gets to see a cheap flop,hits it hard,bets weak to trap,opponent pushes,snap call,gets his cash in when in front,just unlucky,if he pushes all in pre and the ace 6 calls,he,s behind,so the best hand wins.
