No Worries........  JockBMW considers Redmond Lee to be one of the best players in the world.   So that balances it out  ;o)

I consider Browndog 5 times a better player than ChirpyChip who is 10 times better than me but is also 1/2 the player that GB is which is 2 times under the player Reds is. I think.

Unreal, the guy is a so called 'sponsored player' from sky poker, running deep in a major tournament.
You would think sky would be promoting this left, right and centre, very strange.

lolufold update (16:05 ET): he's still on the TV table with a stack of 178k. Blinds are 5,000/10,000 with a 1,000 ante. He has Chris Moneymaker on his left. Chris is one of the chipleaders - with 1.53m!

So he's the one having to slap moneymaker on the back of the head to remind him he's next to act :)

    Very droll, sir :)

There is no live TV / web coverage of the PCA main event until the final table on Saturday (see my BLOG for further details).

The TV highlights shows will be broadcast on Channel 4 later this year, as part of Season 7 of the European Poker Tour - so you WILL get to see Reds in action!

Spoke to Redmond during the break...

He's down to 10bbs, so expect news of a shove and a double-up soon :)

His table is no longer the TV table.

Redmond just doubled up (KQ>87) but is still pretty short.

He has about 200k with blinds at 6k/12k with a 1k ante.

Here's Reds, just after his double-up.  He still has the 2003 WSOP main event champion to his left...

    71 players remain.

They're just coming back from break.

Blinds are now 8k/16k with a 2k ante.

    Redmond has 285k - a good re-shoving stack!

Just walked out onto the floor...and saw that Redmond was gone!

This report courtesy of Poker News:

Wesley Wiemes opened with a raise to 32,000 from middle position, and Redmond Lee three-bet shoved for about 205,000 total. Next door, Chris Moneymaker made a smooth call with his big stack, and Wiemes ducked out of the way to let Lee go heads up for his tournament life. The news was not good:Lee: 77
Moneymaker: QQLee stood up to sweat his fate as the dealer knocked the table and burned a card. The Qs appeared right in the door, fairly bad news for Lee's hopes. The full flop came QTT giving Moneymaker the full house and leaving Lee drawing dead to miracle running sevens. The turn 4d ended any drama, and the river Jd ushered Lee to the payout desk.Moneymaker is up to 1.75 million now.

Just read this, well done Reds UL.

    (pokerstars blog)

Redmond Lee, who just crashed out thanks to the hand of Chris Moneymaker. Wesley Wiemes opened for 32,000 before Lee raised all-in for around 205,000. Next to him was Chris Moneymaker who flat called before Wiemes passed.

Lee turned over 7♥7♣ while Moneymaker showed Q♥Q♣.

The board came T♥T♦Q♠4♦J♦to eliminate Lee and leave Moneymaker with more than 1,700,000. - SB

Edit: lol beat me to it..... Mine has coloured cards :P
